Bruschetta beef and artichokes mousse


  • 2 beef steaks,
  • 4 slices of farmhouse bread,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • 30 g of rocket salad,
  • Salt and pepper,
  • Artichokes Mousse La Cuisine de Lucie 1 jar 85 g.


Warm the frying pan without fat then cook inside the steaks for 2 and a half minutes on each face for a very-rare cooking, 3 minutes for cooking and 4 minutes for well-cooked.

During the cooking, toast the bread under your oven grill a little less than 1 minute on each side and rub of garlic the side to be spread.

Add a generous layer of artichokes mousse and some rocket. Slice thinly the steaks, about 5 mm, then put them on bruschettas, making them overlap a little.
